Built by people who
lived the pain.
Soxify exists because its founders spent years inside compliance teams, chasing evidence over email, reformatting spreadsheets at midnight before audits, and wondering why this process was still so broken.
We didn’t set out to build compliance software. We set out to fix a broken quarterly ritual.
Before Soxify, our founding team worked across reconciliations, finance operations, and engineering at companies navigating SOX audits. Quarter after quarter, the same scene played out: spreadsheets with dozens of control owners, a flurry of emails, files arriving too late or in the wrong format, and hours spent reformatting everything into something auditors could actually use.
“We tried every tool on the market. They all had the same problem: they required control owners — the people you need evidence from — to create an account. Those people never did. So evidence collection still happened over email.”
The insight that became Soxify was simple: the friction wasn’t in the compliance team’s tools — it was in the gap between those tools and the people they needed to collect from. If you could remove that gap, you’d remove most of the pain.
So we built something different. Evidence collection via a secure link. No account required. Full audit trail, automatic. Export-ready from day one. We launched Soxify in 2024 and have been building it in close partnership with compliance teams ever since.
Things we actually believe in.
Compliance can’t have exceptions
SOX isn’t a feature — it’s the whole point. Every architectural decision, from immutable audit logs to transactional event emission, is made with compliance integrity first. We don’t cut corners and we don’t let you cut them accidentally.
Friction is the enemy of adoption
The best compliance tool is the one people actually use. If evidence collection requires a login from someone who doesn’t work in compliance, it won’t happen. We’ve removed every unnecessary step we can find.
Boring infrastructure, delightful product
Underneath Soxify is genuinely boring, reliable engineering — PostgreSQL, S3, established auth providers. On top of that, we obsess over the user experience. You deserve both.
Transparency builds trust
We’re building a product that your auditors will scrutinise. That means we have to be open about how data is stored, how audit trails work, and what happens if something goes wrong. No hand-waving.
Customers are co-builders
Every major feature in Soxify came from a conversation with a compliance team. We don’t build in a vacuum. If you’re a customer and you have a problem, we want to hear about it — and we’ll probably build something to fix it.
Small and focused beats large and vague
We are not building a GRC platform. We are building the best possible SOX evidence workflow tool. Staying focused means we can be genuinely excellent at one thing rather than mediocre at many.
Small team. Deep domain knowledge.
We’ve all worked in or alongside compliance and finance functions. We’re building the tool we wished we’d had.
Come build the future of compliance workflow.
We’re a small team with a big problem to solve. If you care deeply about product quality, understand the compliance space, and want to work somewhere your work actually matters — we’d love to hear from you.
